Tim was A+ to deal with. I called him for stock availability and he went above and beyond by helping me work through (multiple times) what harness solution would suit me best. Excellent knowledge about the sport, its sub-disciplines and the equipment. Thanks again!
Excellent experience dealing with Tim at Paragliding Shop! He was extremely friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Great customer service and a genuinely pleasant buying experience. Highly recommended!
Tim was awesome to deal with and got me an amazing deal on a new Ozone glider. Great communication, support and service. Beautiful wing, took me straight to base. Stoked.
Fast, reliable, friendly, supportive, even spent hours with me on site teaching me to fly. Ongoing support even a year after purchase.
Just bought some gear here. They gave some good advice on the phone and it was dispatched within the hour!
Awesome customer service, I ordered a glider and Tim provided me with consistent updates on the delayed delivery time.

Very happy with the paragliding shop. Great customer service with a nice price point. My Zero 3 is an absolute weapon. Ozone is the bomb.

Four years after the Zeno’s release, it remains at the top of the EN D class, and we knew it would not be easy to replace, but after two years of intense R&D we finally have a worthy successor.
Our primary goal was preserving the Zeno’s legendary comfort and ease of use. The Zeno 2 retains the same cell count and AR in order to achieve this, in addition to more passive safety — improved response to front and side collapse.
The Zeno 2 profile’s new tech includes increased CM+ (reflex) and more rearward cell openings. This new aerofoil delivers significantly higher top speed, better glide, and higher efficiency throughout the speed range. With a slightly faster trim speed and significantly faster top speed compared to the Zeno, it now matches the Enzo 3 in top speed and glide. The top speed is fast, significantly faster than the Zeno (we have measured +7 km) and only necessary in a competitive final glide.
Overall, the Zeno 2 offers a little more feedback compared to the Zeno, but always in an intelligible way. It remains comfortable and confidence-inspiring for pilots of the category. The heightened sensation makes it easier to sniff out cores, follow good energy lines, and feel the air. An optimised internal structure gives an impressive feeling of cohesion when climbing in thermic turbulence. A benefit of the covid delay is that it gave us time to fine tune the handling exactly to our liking — the turn response is precise and dynamic, with higher levels of agility than the Zeno.
The improved behaviour and cohesion of the sail is noticeable on the ground, with impeccable launching characteristics. The Zeno 2 inflates easily from any position on the ground even in nil wind conditions. Perhaps with the exception of the Zeolite, the Zeno 2 is the easiest 2-liner to launch.
NOTE
You can have fun and be distinctive by choosing your own personal colour combination for your wing. Wings have two to four colour zones and you have many colours to choose from. Have you wing all one colour, multicoloured, or your trademark colour so other pilots recognise you in the air. Customization incurs a fee ranging from $100 to $200. To customise your colour you will need to go to the Ozone website where they have a custom colour selector. Go to www.flyozone.com, find your wing, scroll down the page to the custom colour selector specific to your design and fabric and click away. When your custom colour design is done, please email it to hello@paraglidingshop.com.au
