Parakiting is not hard, but it does need the right gear to start on. The SPIKE is MK-Flightsystems' beginner parakite: forgiving handling and gentle reactions, with the real flight feel that makes the sport so addictive.
The SPIKE is designed to make your first sessions safe and easy, without taking any of the fun away.
Starting out on a wing that is too demanding takes away the fun and, more importantly, the safety. So MK-Flightsystems developed a beginner parakite alongside the SUPRA, built to bring new pilots into the sport step by step.
The SPIKE is essentially finished. MK-Flightsystems' ground handling trainer has already flown it extensively on the dune and rates it as the wing he would want every new student to start on: it warns you in time and forgives small mistakes.
The SPIKE is for pilots taking their first steps into parakiting, and for anyone who wants a calm, confidence-building wing to learn on before stepping up to the sportier SUPRA.
Parakiting still demands proper instruction. If you are completely new, start with ground handling training.
