The Ozone Vapor has landed. Ozone's first dedicated sport-class parakite is now available in Australia through ParaglidingShop.com.au – built for intermediate pilots and advanced paraglider pilots stepping into their first parakite, and for anyone who wants stability and agility together with a wide usable wind range.

Why the Vapor

The Vapor wasn't a paraglider with kite parts bolted on. Ozone redesigned the whole concept from the profile up – new reflex profile, modified cell openings, repositioned attachment tabs and a new bridle system – then paired it with aerodynamics borrowed from their competition paragliders. The result is a compact 55-cell wing with a moderate aspect ratio that stays forgiving while still delivering the power you need.

In the air

Take-off is effortless with smooth inflation in both weak and strong winds. Near the neutral point it flies like an easy paraglider; pull it on and it dives steeply and responds directly with a dynamic feel. Brake travel is long and accessible with a low stall point for confident slow flying. Ozone recommends choosing one size larger than usual for extra comfort.

Ideal for mountain descents, early-morning valley flying and laminar coastal conditions.

Sizes and specifications

Sizes 11 and 13 are for expert pilots only. All sizes EN 926-1 certified.

Weights may vary up to 50 g per size. Ozone does not publish pilot weight ranges for the Vapor – sizing depends on your build, skill level and local terrain, so talk to us and we'll recommend the right size.

Add the Ozone Atak 2 harness

Choose a Wing + Atak 2 Harness package to pair your Vapor with Ozone's speedflying and speedriding harness. The Atak 2 moves smoothly between standing and seated for kiting and riding, has a leg-strap geometry that stays put on the thighs, folds flat into your wing bag, and gives sharp weight-shift response for fast turns. Push-button leg straps, pass-through torso buckle, back pouch and zipped hip pocket. EN 1651 certified to 120 kg, Edelrid carabiners included. Two sizes: M (160–185 cm, 1.17 kg) and L (180–200 cm, 1.23 kg). Optional OzAir inflatable back protector available.
